Community Overdose Engagement (CODE) Phase Two
The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) is offering awards up to $10,000 to municipalities for the implementation of one or more initiatives aligned with Governor Raimondo’s Overdose Prevention Action Plan.
These Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) provide detailed answers to common inquiries related to CODE Phase Two grant funding and the Suggested Evidence-Based Initiative guide will assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive initiative and plan.
Funding requirements and timeline:

December 10, 2018: Informational TA call

December 31, 2018: Letter of Intent (LOI) due

January 11, 18, or 25, 2019: Evaluation TA Session at RIDOH.

February 1, 2019: Application and Budget Narratives due. RIDOH will review and provide feedback, if necessary.

May 30, 2019: Work Plan activities must be completed. Final report due to RIDOH.
